Thus hotel is in a very convenient location in Waikiki close to aloy of things, which makes it a busy hote, its on the older side. We did fi d a bed bug on our bed,they switch our room. The workers are friendly and accommodating. Wish we didnt experience that but its a hotel, so its not uncommon nowadays. Overall this is an okay hotel.

very slow check, terrible slow elevators packed had to wait multiple times, no ac, killed multiple roaches crawling by tv. had 3 towels for 4 people and they would not bring the towels to the room. I have videos of one roach we killed in the room if a manger would like to see. due to late an no availability in the area for night we had no choice but managed for the night an left first thing.

Shelly was rude when I posed a question, she walked away with an attitude. Initially, the air conditioning functioned correctly, but upon our return, the room was warm. We had ensured the sliding door was secure before departing. The front desk provided a fan and assured us someone would investigate the issue the following morning. However, no one arrived. We slept with the sliding door partially open for airflow.

The room could use some maintenance, particularly with the tables, taps, and shower. There was no cold water in the shower—only hot—and the drain was loose. Requests for items like pots and pans took a long time and required multiple follow-ups. The phone in the room wasn’t working. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary beach snacks. Having water available in the lobby was especially helpful while traveling with a refillable bottle. The valet service was both friendly and convenient.
