Welcoming Oasis

The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. This is a small, beautiful space with art throughout. We enjoyed a drink in the coolness of the courtyard. Breakfast was lovely. We felt safe and secure. It seemed like a tasteful example of Göteborg hospitality.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Vanilla. The place was incredibly clean, peaceful, and conveniently located just a short walk from the city's main street. The atmosphere was serene, making it perfect for a relaxing trip. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering a great start to each day. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Good location friendly staff but not ideal

Good location, clean with an average hotel breakfast. However the twin room we had was small and looked nothing like the pictures. There wasn’t much space to navigate round the bottom of the beds. There was building work going on next door which started at 7 in the morning, so check this before you travel. Asked for a different twin room but they didn’t have another one.

Ikke sÄ veldig koselig rom, ganske slitt, men greie senger, ganske rent og stort rom til prisen (familierom). KjÞkkenkrok med kokeplater, vannkoker og kjÞleskap og det man trenger av tallerkener og glass osv. Der luktet sur rÞyk pÄ natta, det hjalp Ä lufte, men mye stÞy fra en utvendig AC e.l. Ingen Av pÄ rommet.

Trevligt litet hotell med fantastiskt centralt lÀge. Trevliga rum med sköna sÀngar men bÀddmadrasserna var i mjukaste laget för oss. God och varierad frukost med generösa tider. Fanns inte AC men dÀremot flÀktar pÄ rummet som gjorde det ganska uthÀrdligt i vÀrmen. UppmÀrksam och hjÀlpsam personal.
