No desk in the room so if you are there for business, it may be a consideration. Roof top hot tub (must be reserved) was amazing.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here for two nights on a romantic getaway to Nelson. We loved the small, boutique vibe, the historic character of the brick feature wall in our room and the rooftop hot tub was fantastic to soak sore muscles after a long hike. The "hometown" service was welcoming and the location great. We will be coming back to stay at this quaint hotel in the future
Douglas, 2-night trip

Very quiet, Room was great! Clean and updated bathroom Bed was comfortable Location great. Within blocks of boutique shopping and dining Would definately recommend this place!
Gloria, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean and friendly place in downtown Nelson.
Walter, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property is nice and quiet. Close to everywhere we want to walk in Nelson. It's a nice boutique hotel with some cool quirks. More counterspace in the bathroom would be good. A pedestal sink with one small glass shelf beside it isn't enough room for even basic toiletry needs.
timothy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We unfortunately had a flood in the bathroom due to the shower, but the manager fully refunded us!
nikki, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

What I and my wife enjoyed most and what made our stay especially memorable was the individual in charge of providing superior service as soon as we arrived, her name was Jennifer. she was a treasure of information about Nelson, in terms of what to do, where to go, where to eat, how to get there. She was totally engaged in assuring we had a good time.
Peter, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Beautiful place to stay. Couldn't get the TV remote to work, and the front desk guy didn't know how to either. He was very nice, but new, and didn't know much.
darrin, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Had a great stay!
Curtis, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff was friendly. Jennifer very helpful. Room renovations were nice, but needs a new mattress. Great location for walking around Nelson. Hot tub jets didn’t work, and the water was yellow and smelled poorly.
