Rooms are old and outdated. The beds were clean but the floor and bathroom needed some extra effort. As I was only there 1 night it was not a big deal but I would not stay there for longer than that. Location of the hotel is good as most attractions/restaurants are walkable. Also parking is $10 per night which kinda sucks.

The staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The floors in the hallways were not clean. The dispensers in my bathroom were broken and had mismatched soap. Unfortunately the sound proof rooms were not soundproof. I was awakened by someone's loud TV at 3am which continued until I finally gave up and got up at 6am. The rooms were spacious and it had alot of potential but looked as though they may be short staffed.

True honesty: I've stayed in many hotels and this Hotel by far was the noisiest. Paper thick walls, you can hear every step and conversations around your room. The shower was moldy and in my case the shower did not even have a soap holder. I had to place the soap bar on top of the hanging shampoo bottles when showering. Floors are dirty and do not expect room service for at least three days. I don't know if this a new thing with hotels, (not providing room service every day). If you need toiletries you need to ask the front desk. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions at Niagara and the border crossing bridge. My room had a good A/C and the TV worked fine.
