The Best Hotel in Turkey!

A friendly welcome by staff at this perfect hotel for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to the centre. Clean and comfortable room with great shower, TV, balcony and mini fridge. The breakfast was the best, such a choice of delicious items! The pool was super clean and easy to get in with towels offered for use by the hotel. We love this hotel, the best place we stayed during our 2 month trip around Turkey! I wish we'd stayed longer and hope we can come back!

Excellent Stay

It was very comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels in this area. The bed was great. I was able to sit on my own patio, close to the pool and breakfast area. It was quiet. It's located Across the street from Carrefour. Very easy to walk down towards the center. The staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our final night in Bodrum. We had just got off a Sail so this was a lovely hotel to come to for a night after our weeks sail. The staff were so accommodating as soon as we were welcomed to the hotel. They helped with our luggage to the room and we were able to relax and sun bathe as soon as we got there. They even let us have a late check out which was amazing for us as we had a 15 hour journey back home so to stay and relax at the hotel was amazing. I will definitely be returning and for longer than 1 night! The astetic of the hotel was lovely, with sun loungers, a pool area and the place was very bright and clean! I could not recommend this hotel more! The staff were so accommodating! Thank you for an amazing stay

Because I needed hot water for a shower

After 3 complaints and two bad reviews for NO HOT WATER, I promised them I would give a 5 star rating if they would turn on the hot water heater. They did on Day 3 so here is the 5 star review. But the hotel owner keeps two very large dogs in the center courtyard and they often howl at passing cats betwwen 2a and 5a waking up many of the guests.

Hotel Dive Bar

Well where to begin. If there was a hotel version of a dive bar then this it. Friendly enough staff but that’s where it ended. Rooms were dated and stale, cigarette butts and ants on the balcony and barely warm showers. The bed was rock solid like something out of the flinstones and one small weird blanket that didn’t really provide any comfort for us at all. All and all it was a very disappointing stay for the price we paid and I really wouldn’t recommend this for other couples as an enjoyable and vibrant space to stay. Look elsewhere in Bodrum!

Pool steps are very slippery. I, as well as two other guests, was hurt by slipping into the pool. I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. His response was that they are aware of it but can't do much. I had booking for 3 people but rather than having two beds we were given one double bed and a very hard couch. Not convenit at all.

Costa Sariyaz is quite different from the pictures. The main area and pool is very nice. However, rooms are very different in a bad way. Beds are uncomfortable. We got 2 rooms and both were ok. Staff is not so friendly and for us the hotel is just ok. We even ask for towels to take to the beach and they don’t give you. This I consider a poor quality service as you’re tourist and obviously not carrying towels around to go to the beach. At breakfast if you want orange juice they charge you extra even though you have included breakfast. Location is perfect because it’s 10 minutes walking from the center and beach. Too bad cause I believe the hotel has good potential for giving a better service and room conditions.

We came back to this small hotel, we'd first visited in 2019, because it's in a decent location and it's a decent stay. Only 10/15 mins walk to the beach or the bus depot. Hotel is in a quiet area of town with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is well managed and clean and the pool and surrounding area is very good. Plentiful breakfast with sufficient variety. Staff are very pleasant. The rooms (we stayed in a superior room) are roomy enough and are cleaned on request. The only negatives are that the toilet bins aren't cleaned daily but maybe we could have requested that. Also,the pool umbrellas don't offer much shade and are static so you can't move them to suit the movement of the sun. This wasn't too much of an issue in early June but in the heat of high summer it would become very uncomfortable. When we'd previously visited there were larger movable umbrellas which maybe could be reintroduced. Overall, it's a good hotel and good value for money.
