This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son and father-in-law. We all had a great time. It catered for all age groups. We loved all the food options and the chefs did a great job. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. It’s a place we would definitely stay in again. I would highly recommend it to any family with varying ages. The staff was incredibly nice! Always smiling and so kind. Noone was expecting or begging for tips. But of couse they were happy to get some. They did a great job! Especially Osama in housekeeping, Mohamed in service and Mohamed at the reception. We‘ll be back!

Property is far away from city centre, almost an hour drive away. Stayed 6 nights, for me that was too much, 3 nights max is enough as you get bored quickly with nothing else to do in the hotel.
