The front desk customer service was fantastic. They will respond to any issues/questions in a pleasant manner. Always friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and attractive. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only about 50 meters to the Hauptbahnhof. Conveniently close to everything.

The staff was knocking very early on the room door 🙁 It was nothing to put on the door to let the staff know if I want a privacy. The staff also took the electric off the room after they clean the room so it was no electric on the fridge when I came back at the hotel room in the evening 🙁 I was not happy about this things.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Aloft Munich. Centrally located in the heart of Munich directly across from Munich Hauptbanhof (Central Station) the main Metro and Railway station. The Lufthansa airport bus stop was right around the corner as well. Very close to the Old Town and shopping areas. Lots of restaurants and eateries within reach. The hotel staff were outstanding.There was a minor issue with the hotel check in system but it was quickly resolved and we were offered coffee and pastries while it was serviced. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The gentleman at the breakfast area was very polite and made us feel right at home.

The hotel is Just across the central train station, 20 minutes to the main square, Marientplatz. Very convenient. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good, clean & the room is spacious. Highly recommended.
