The price was suprisingly low for London. The check in at the hotel went very smoothly. Shoby, the concierge was very polite and helpful. I got my room early, which made things very easy. The room was clean. All in all a good place to stay in London

I do find the lighting in the Newley refurbished rooms is a little harsh and i miss the table lamps in the sitting areas.... just to create a less work like atmosphere. but clean, tidy and the beds are very comfy.

Its understandable the hotel is going through a refurbishment. Its worn out and tired, but clean. The bathroom is very tired and difficult to get over the edge of the bathtub for the shower. Its great the hotel wants to be green and save the washing of towels, but have somewhere to hang them to dry. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It got off to a bad start with long queue to check in and a lack of pillows, despite being told on more than one occasion that they would arrive! However, other issues were resolved quickly and so the rest of our stay went smoothly.

Hotel was close the theatre we attended. It was excellent value for money. The romm was small but big enough for our overnight stay. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only improvement, would be to have more milk, sugar, coffee and tea. Otherwise excellent, i will be staying again.

We selected the st giles due to it its great location and accses to london. We were happy with the room which was small and basic but clean, tidy and well styled. And was mor than enough as a base to explore london. Tue breakfast was of good quality, and the staff were very freindly and attentive. The concierge service was a good addition, with the ability to leave bags and explore more on our final day before heading off.

It's fine as a cheeper hotel but the bed is shockingly uncomfortable to the point of having to get on top of the duvet too help my back! Breakfast was as expected (toast and cereal) definitely not "continental"

Room was really clean. There didnt seem to be any heat controls and the fan was quite noisy, but didnt affect the room use. It was just a bit hot overnight.
