Room request was for a quiet room and room was facing main road, not soundproofed, over the main Reception entrance and with a very loud boiler noise continuously coming from the bathroom. Lovely experience at the hotel

We spent a night at this hotel to be able to catch an early-morning flight at Gatwick the next day. It’s only 15-20 min drive from the long stay car park of the north terminal. Our room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We particularly liked the restaurant/bar and the swimming pool at the hotel. The food was delicious. The pool was clean and had a nice jacuzzi, a sauna room and a steam room. Using the pool must be prebooked but is only a phone call away. The staff members at the hotel were friendly and courteous. Overall, our experience at the hotel was highly positive.
