I was greeted by a member of staff that was very pleasant and cheerful who signed me in and took me to my room the stay was very pleasant and I slept well

The location was good with free parking and the staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I do have a few comments about the room which needs a bit of work. The single glazed sash windows were open a few inches at the top letting in all the traffic noise. The curtains were hanging off the rail, the blinds torn and frayed, the bathroom door didn’t close properly and had no lock and in places the wallpaper was peeling off. The place is tired and dated and needs modernising. I won’t be back and feel that the money I paid was too much for the room we were given.
