This was part of a longer trip for us, a road trip of the South Island, What a wonderful gem we found. All the staff were lovely, the room facilities were more than we thought, the breakfast room was lovely, Even though we might never visit this area again (we are from the UK) we would definately recommend to our friends wanting to visit the area. A very nice hotel located at the side of the marina. The room was spacious and comfortable although I would have preferred a harder mattress. There’s a restaurant within 100 yards, but we preferred to take a 20 minute walk into town where there is a wider choice.
