They don't have a typical motel office. They email your room number and door code before you arrive. It's actually pretty efficient. The room was nice, clean, walking distance to the ferry. We were very pleased with it.

Communication and location were great but we did have several inconveniences during our stay. The air conditioning worked but it did not pull out the humidity; hence, everything felt damp and made it very uncomfortable. The sink drained slowly and the carpet left our feet dirty.

This was a nice hotel compared to others in the area. Rooms were clean and the decor was up to date. Size of room was nice. Check in was ok, you do have to wait until right at 4pm to get in. The grounds had a little bit of trash but for the most part were nice. Parking lot can be a tad challenging get in and out once it is full. We will gladly stay here again. It is not easy finding clean comfortable rooms in this area.

Charming, affordable, no frills motel. Exactly the type of accommodations we appreciate. Love the simple keypad entry. Our room was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Easy parking (right at our door), quiet area and very safe. Decided to extend our stay after we arrived and didn’t have to change rooms when we booked the 2nd night (MANY THANKS AGAIN to the manager for helping us with that by phone!). Easy access to Mackinaw Island ferry services and very close to shopping & dining options. We so enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again!
