Loved the location and the fact that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The subway exit is also right by the hotel, making it very accessible via public transport. It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again.

Excellent 3 day family stay near DDP

Excellent service, location and amenities. We were given a higher floor room that a view of DDP and the shopping centres nearby. Room was very spacious, bathroom is massive, with japanese style bidet toilet, and even provided humidifier and air purifier. While they do not provide toothbrushes due to government regulations, they do provide sachet makeup removers and facial cream. The hotel is also situated right in front of the lifts to the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station and the bus stop for Airport Limousine Bus 6702, making it really convenient. They also provide free 24hr luggage lockers for hotel guests.

Amazing customer service!

We had trouble with ordering food and the receptionists were really helpful in helping us call up the restaurant and sort out our delivery. Highly recommend and the rooms are clean and large enough for 3 to 4 people.

Enjoyed staying at the property as it was conveniently located in Dongdaemun, specifically just outside exit 4 of Dongdaemun culture and history park station (there's an elevator which is a huge plus when you're bringing luggage). There are a few malls nearby (not glitzy like The Hyundai/ Lotte/ Shisegae), but with adequate shops to buy what you'd want form Korea. The Dongdaemun Design Plaza was also a surprising plus with the art/design exhibitions on display (helpful when the weather isn't so good for outdoor sightseeing). Probably an improvement would be on the breakfast offerings. Would be great if there were changes day to day or perhaps a daily few special items that guests would be excited about.

The property was clean. But issue is breakfast. Foods are some what left from previous day. Walked in the restaurant 7:05 am, right after the hotel open for breakfast but milk is almost gone, seemed previous days left over. Other food qualities were same. Very blend dishes, not fresh. Excellent customer service from reception staff during check in and checkout. I booked 2 rooms for the stay (8 nights in total), something is always missing from room service. Except for maybe 2 nights both rooms are either missing towels, slippers, pj sets, and/or cream sets. I wish the room service staff could be more attentive. Beware if you require accessibility the hotel expects guests to hand squeeze shampoo conditioner and body wash from hard plastic tubes (pumps are not available). I would not recommend this place for anyone travelling with seniors or have accessibility needs.

There were two points in the front desk’s service that left me highly dissatisfied this time. I made a reservation on behalf of a couple of friends as a gift for their one-night stay. First, despite having the reservation under my name as the representative, the staff tried to make the staying couple register as members and pay for the stay. Even though I clearly explained at the time of booking that it was a proxy reservation, it seems this was not properly confirmed, which I find to be a serious issue. Second, even though I entered the guests’ names correctly, the staff claimed that the names in the reservation were different (due to a misreading by the staff), which made me very anxious. It wasn’t until I showed both the passport and the reservation confirmation email that the staff realized their mistake. Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction, there was no sincere response, and it was explained as a difference in the systems between Japan and Korea. Additionally, I felt that the Korean staff’s proficiency in both Japanese and English was not at a business level. I was quite disappointed, especially as I had specifically chosen a Japanese-affiliated hotel but was met with this kind of response. I hope the staff’s service can be improved.

We enjoyed our stay at The Spaisir. The airport limo stop right in front of Hotel and same stop returning to airport, elevator to underground right in front of hotel. 3 subway lines nearby. Close to amenities, attractions, shopping and restaurants. Hotel room is clean and spacious and quiet. Breakfast is acceptable, can be better. Staff is friendly. We left at 4 am and has auto checkout. Overall we had good experience.

デラックスコーナーファミリーツインのお部屋に泊まりました。高層階希望と事前にリクエストしておきましたが、15Fだったため、前のビルがじゃまで部家からDDPは見えなく、残念でした。 部家は広々としているのでLサイズのトランクも余裕で広げられます。 近くにコンビニが2件あるのと、昨年の秋に泊まった時はホテル前のエレベーターが使えなくて大変でしたが、今回は使え大変便利です。駅のホームから地上階までトランクを持って歩けるので、ある程度時間が読めます。以前、空港バスを使ったら、3時間近くかかったこともあり、特に週末の夕方は時間がかかることが予想できるので電車が使えるのは滞在時間が少ない人には便利なホテルです。 コーナーファミリーツインは一つが広々としたベッドタイプなので、家族なら余裕で3人泊まれる部屋になっていて便利ですが、数も少ないのでわりと直ぐに無くなってしまうなで早めに予約することをおすすめします。 フロントの方達も通る度に挨拶をしてくださり大変気持ちの良いホテルです。
