Bom. O hotel tem bom custo benefício. A localização é muito boa, as instalações são confortáveis eo café da manha bem variado. Acho que a manutenção deixa um pouco a desejar. A porta do banheiro não estava fechando. O porta papel higienico estava escorado com papelão .

Quarto de frente para as Américas. 5 andar. Muito barulho de carro. Não há vedação acústica. Parecia que a janela estava aberta, mas não estava...

Péssima experiência

Problema com a hospedagem já começou no check in, 30 min em pé na fila às 16h. Logo depois troquei duas vezes a chave e não abria a porta do quarto que estava nitidamente com marcas de arrombamento anterior. Chamaram a manutenção que informou que não conseguiríamos entrar no quarto. Não ofereceram troca de quarto e quando sugerimos disseram ser impossível. Como estávamos atrasadas para um evento saímos sem chave. Na volta nos deram uma chave física(sem cartão) mas passamos a noite apreensiva com receio de entrarem no quarto pois não tinha trava. Única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã.

O hotel e sua localização são excelentes. O café da manhã é bom e a equipe é atenciosa. A vista dos quartos de frente é muito bonita e indevassável. O hotel também possui academia e piscina nos últimos andares que são razoáveis. O quarto é amplo e confortável, e a garagem do hotel é de fácil acesso.
