For what it was it was good. The room was fine. The bathroom floor had a dip in it. But kitchen staff were amazing. They greeted us and was very friendly.

Too many dogs barking. So many. At times, it was like living in a kennel. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. We had to line up to get on. No snacks on Thanksgiving happy hour. Room was dated; but ok. We’ve stayed at this location often. It’s gone downhill so much that we will make another choice next time

We have stayed here several times. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet is great--especially the omelettes. Highly recommend when visiting Naperville and surrounding area.
