Overall Nice Stay / But Pet Policy Is Strict & $$$

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. I did find the per policy to be a tad strict and there was no place provided to give dogs a chance to relieve themselves. But otherwise, we had a nice stay, which was very welcome after 9 plus hours on the road. Front desk personnel could have been more welcoming.

Absolutely great experience for me as a wheelchair user. Ramp to the entry was perfect and easy to push up. My room included a roll-in shower with fold-down bench. The room had plenty of space to maneuver my manual chair.

Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast and liked the cookies, coffee/tea in the lobby. Handicapped bathroom had a weird configuration for the shower making it a narrow fit with a wheelchair to access the toilet.

Not like our normal visits.

We have stayed here multiple times. This time wasn’t as great as the others. We stayed in building 2 this time and it wasn’t as clean as the other building. Room had less than half a roll of toilet paper and 1 tissue in box. Called the next morning for more toilet paper and had to walk over to other building at 7am to get it myself from Front desk. Check in also wasn’t as friendly as normal. Hope this was just an off day. Breakfast was great as usual!
