The hotel staff bragged about being "real criminals" and were hostile after a complaint and request for refund was made, the first ever after staying at least 80 other hotels in my life

Thecroom smelled like cigarette smoke profusely even though it was supposed a nonsmoking room. We were there 3 days and not once received clean towels or other items.
