The Seljord hotel is a charming well maintained hotel in Telemark County, Norway. Breakfasts were excellent - full hot breakfast buffet. Dinners have pizza and a very small selection of typical Norwegian dishes. Note that the hotel elevator only goes to the 2nd floor - if you get a 3rd floor room you will be hefting luggage up and down one set of stairs. Bar service is available from 3PM and prices are very reasonable (for Norway). Our 2nd floor room had a spacious balcony. As most hotels in Norway, air conditioning is accomplished by opening the windows.

Helt grei overnatting midt i høy sesong helga hvor prisen for en natt er 4000 kr for dobbelt rom. Forventer i det minste nok såpe i dispensere i dusjen, og det blir raskt fylt på med kaffe under frokostservering.

Bra hotell i Seljord, men det borde framgått när vi bokade att rummet är på våning 3 och att det endast finns hiss till våning 2. Vårt resesällskap har en äldre person som går med stavar/käppar och har mycket svårt att gå i trappor. Maten var medioker. Fyllde sin funktion men är långt ifrån en kulinarisk upplevelse.

Fikk enkeltrom istedenfor dobbelt som jeg hadde bestilt og betalt for. Fikk et knøttlite rom på loftet med et bittelite takvinduer men ingen utsyn og begrenset med luft. Dårlig seng og steinhard pute.

Til å være med i Unike hotell manglet det en del, spesielt på rommet og personale for å få den unike opplevelsen. Badet var slitt og luktet mugg, parketten veldig slitt, takplater med merker etter vannlekkasje og hull.

Hyggelig historisk hotell som trenger oppgradering på rommene. Fukt og dårlig lukt på badet; mangler vifte og avtrekk! Svart mugg i hjørnene i dusjen. Ingen mulighet for lunch og veldig begrenset meny til middag. Ingen vinmeny og kun 2 typer vin av rødt, hvitt og rose. For lite betjening, men de sto på i allefall. Ok frokost i hyggelig spisesal. Her trengs oppgradering og mere vedlikehold! Også utvendig.
