A characterful and comfortable motel with a nice outdoor space that faces a preserve. Convenient location next to a grocery store and walking distance to the bay. My only complaint was that I was only getting about 5mbps through the wi-fi.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The room was quite dated and in need of repair. The A/C didn’t work and the lamp shade was crumbling. The shower was great and the beds were comfortable.

Easy check in. Staff were very attentive. Room had been recently updated and was nice and cozy. Exceptionally clean. Free breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the bedding. Sheets were not the softest and there was a single thin bedspread. My husband was fine but I run cold. I’m sure I could have gotten more blankets from the front desk - as mentioned staff was very attentive - but opted to use a sleeping bag I had in my car.

The room was clean, but initially smelled a little musty. The bed could have been more comfortable with nicer pillows. The room was a good size and we appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was better than we expected, fresh and well maintained. The grounds were very nice, with picnic tables and chairs. The proximity to area sights was the best. Overall very good value for the money, we would stay there again.

For it being a motel we did not have high expectations but the lack of cleanliness made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The floor was visibly dirty, leftover food in the microwave, etc. It made me question whether the bedding was clean or not due to the lack of attention with the rest of the room.
