The location is very convenient and it is just a few minutes walk from Tenjin Minami station. Many department stores around the area. About the hotel, Staff there were very nice. The room is clean and tidy. Public bath for relaxation and l loved it. I 'll come again next time.

駅から徒歩約5分、途中にコンビニ1件、通り過ぎた所に1件あり、大通り沿いの割には静かです。 裏路地に路面の飲食店がありました。 ホテル1階にコメダ珈琲もあります。 大浴場は洗い場が6ヶ所程度の為タイミングによっては混雑します。 お部屋は清潔で、廊下の音も気になりませんでした。

2025/6に４泊滞在しました。　チェックインフロアが9F、浴場が10F、下階が宿泊施設の構成。部屋の広さは十分にあり、街中ながら騒音もさほど気にならない。風呂は大きいとは言えないが、混み合う時間をさければサウナもあり十分（洗い場が6席か）内湯と外湯もある。朝食会場は広々し、眺めも素晴らしい。気になったのは、室内のエアコンの稼働音、止めると暑いし、動かすと結構うるさく聞こえた（個人感）。

チェックインの時フロントには係員が１人しかおらず待たされた。 エレベーターで降りる客より先に乗り込んできた外国人のホテルスタッフがいた。 部屋の隅にはほこりがたまっていた。清掃のレベル低い。 タオルだけ交換してもらうのに部屋に入ってベッドメイキングするとなっていたがされていなかった。 枕は自分には柔らかすぎた。壁が薄いのか隣の物音がよくした。 ２泊で４４０００円程支払ったがそれに見合うレベルではないと感じた。
