The hotel is in a fantastic location for the city centre with everything walkable from there. The staff were friendly, hotel was in good condition. Rooms were fairly small and air conditioning didn’t seem to work in any of our rooms. Beds small but comfortable.

IBIS is a big name brand in the hotel industry so we knew already what to expect. The rooms are small with small bathrooms but with convenient and comfortable beds and areas. The hotel as a whole is great and the breakfast is wonderful. It gives a lot of option for traditional and local food. Highly recommend if you are going for 1-2 night stay !

Good hotel in the center of Skopje, very well located close to the main square, the hotel street is quieter and it seems more like a business area. The hotel is OK for the price, standard Ibis hotel with the essential amenities and breakfast service, I recommend for a short break and location convenience

I arrived early in the morning and was pleased with the service. Check-in was handled efficiently, and I was able to access my room without any delay, which was much appreciated after a long journey. I had stayed at this hotel many years ago, and unfortunately, it appears that very little has changed since then. While the layout and structure remain familiar, the condition of the furniture has noticeably deteriorated, and the overall standard of the room has declined. The room itself was acceptable, and I found the bed to be reasonably comfortable. However, the bathroom left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is in a good location.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s one of my favorite hotels in Skopje. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and the rooms are quiet and cozy. The proximity to the center is also perfect for visitors.

Super nice hotel, there are a few things that could be improved though. The hotel's location is fantastic! The air conditioning didn't work optimally, I'm glad I didn't stay during the really hot summer months, I wouldn't have been able to stand it, then I would have probably found another hotel. There was a fridge/mini bar, there was nothing in it which was fine, but it wasn't possible to plug it in so you could cool your drinks. It would be nice if there was a bag in the bins. But all in all a nice hotel, good service at the reception and fantastic location! I could easily think of choosing the hotel again but under no circumstances during the really hot summer months because the air conditioning didn't work.

We stayed for three nights with my spouse, but we faced some issues. The bed was uncomfortable, and the drinking water was not bottled. Hot drinks were provided only for one person. There was no cleaning service, and the trash was not collected. Due to these reasons, I would not choose to stay here again.
