my son came with me to drop of the luggage and he went back to the car and spoke to recepcionits about wich number was my room and the lady was rude and want to charge my son in 100 reais. Thats eas ridiculous for him to drop of a luggage with me. I had shower and he was in the reception after she was try to take advange of him because he does not know to speck portguese well

Veja bem, eu gosto muito desse hotel, os funcionários atenciosos e educados fazem a diferença no hotel Domani, porém, dessa vez, observei que o hotel precisa de alguns reparos urgentes: troquei 3 vezes de apto, porque o cofre não funcionava, e cobrar R$ 3,50 por cada ovo frito no café da manhã, é no mínimo, RIDÍCULO. Fiquei sabendo que a matriarca da família faleceu, e que a filha está administrando o hotel. Apenas um conselho de um viajante há 50 anos, priorize sua administração nas pequenas falhas do hotel e deixe o hóspede mais satisfeito. É a primeira vez que me hospedo em um hotel que cobra para fritar um ovo. Além do problema do cofre, lâmpadas que não param de piscar, nem reclamei.

De bom mesmo, só o transfer aeroporto/hotel/aeroporto. Quarto em condições bem mais ou menos, janelas sem proteção de ruído e pelo jeito acham normal fazer manutenção às 21 hrs. Testemunhei um funcionário com uma máquina barulhenta assentando qualquer coisa num elevador já num horário totalmente sem sentido.
