Room dated and in need of “love”. But beds comfortable and room clean. Night staff who welcomed us very pleasant and helpful. Very short drive from ferry.

The property was great for the price and location. It is dated- but clean. Rooms are large, bathroom is small. Staff was nice and they were able to offer secure storage for our mountain bikes.

Sad accommodations.
First. There was no A/C in the room. The room had a fan to move the warm air around. The beds were comfortable. Second. The shower did not work, so we notified the desk. They repaired the problem promptly. The Inn is old and out dated. The carpets were old and stained. We would not stay here again.

No emergency lighting in hallways during a power cut. Advertised a steak house in premises only to find it had been shut down for a month! Comfortable beds and room ok but curtain rod broken. Most receptionists welcoming and breakfast ok. Ok for a short stay only

Reception staff were terrific but the condition of the hotel room was terrible
Shower didn’t work, carpets were badly soiled, window would not open, curtains were falling apart, breakfast was adequate only because it was free
In general everything was just awful

This property is cheap, and it feels cheap. The underground parking is a nice feature and the continental breakfast was nice but everything else is meh.

Our room had torn up curtains, when requesting to see if we could change to a room on a different floor we were told it would cost an additional $86. The breakfast was small and there was no comfortable places to sit as they have closed the dining room and breakfast room. The restaurant in the hotel no longer exists. The hotel got a face lift (as in they renovated the hallways and lobby, but not the rooms or common areas). I won’t stay here again.

We got there by Train, very limited food available in walking distance and we didn't find any UBER. It also rained for our entire stay.

Downtown location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilet flush valve inside the bottom of the tank needed to be replaced because it would not close properly without putting my hand in to seat the valve. Was told by staff just to “jiggle the handle” but this did not work. The valve needs to be replaced which is what happens when they deteriorate due to age. I have done this before myself but the hotel staff was not aware that the problem could be resolved with a new flush valve.
