I booked four rooms for myself and out of town guests and they all raved over the hotel and the rooms. This was their first time to stay here, my third. The rooms are very attractive, spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a one night or longer stay. The breakfast was very good with a variety of healthy and delicious options. Joe was especially helpful and friendly during our check-in process and when answering questions over the phone prior to our stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Galveston.

I always try to book at a Homewood Suites when traveling. It's my favorite hotel. BUT I am DISAPPOINTED that I am now being charged for Parking. In the past, since it was self-parking, there was no charge, and now it's $15.00 a night and it's still self-parking. So sad. I may have to search and find a hotel that doesn't charge parking for my future trips.

I booked this hotel by mistake. But the staff went out of their way to change the reservation from one week to just one night. AND even made sure my usual hotel had rooms available before making the changes. Absolutely lovely people and lovely hotel with the most amazing breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had at a hotel buffet.
