Maybe the sign by the bedside should have been a warninh…”if you need earplugs, please contact the front desk.” I am not sure what time the very loud music started, but it lasted through midnight. It was coming from the function room of the hotel. It was disturbing enough that I couldn’t sleep and had to wait it out. Otherwise, this hotel would have been an excellent location, 5 minutes walking from Festival Mall. It had a great breakfast buffet and it was not crowded. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. You can stay here if you are one of the party goers or you are willing to wait out the noise as they are required to stop by midnight.

The room I rented was basically a 1 bedroom apartment. Super spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was awesome. Loved the pea flower tea in the lobby and the welcome basket in the room!

The Somerset is a pretty nice hotel! It's very clean and the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was a little small, but the food was. For the price I think you get a pretty good deal with this place, and would glad stay again.

We stayed for five nights and had a great experience from start to finish. This hotel is perfect if you want privacy and a quiet place to stay. Easy access to a few malls. The staff was great, one call, and they got it done. I will recommend it and be back for sure.

The staff here treat us like family and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place to anyone whether a family with small kids or a younger. Ouple seeing the country. The only downside and it had nothing to do with the staff, or the hotel, was that there was an event center across the street and at times was bumping so loud through all hours of the night we could barely sleep. We took it all in stride and overall had a great experience;)

We've only been to this hotel twice but it has became our favorite place to celebrate occasions. The staffs gave us excellent service. The rooms are perfect. It's a plus that they're pet friendly so I was able to bring my baby, a small dog, both times. They're location is great, doesn't have surrounding busy roads so it's very peaceful and quiet. The staff are always smiling and very approachable. I kinda like that it's lowkey and not overcrowded like the hotels nearby. We always get the 1 bedroom and it's perfect for us family. I love that there's a kitchen, I view it as more bonding time for the family. I love love the spacious and clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was top tier. Everything is absolutely delicious. The fruits are amazing. Although the selection isn't plenty but trust me, you will be satisfied and won't even taste everything because it was so filling. Overall an excellent experience and will surely be the only place we'll go to for occasions.

Me and colleagues have stayed here for a 5D 4N. The location is good, 10 mins walking distance to Festival mall and nearby got Jollibee and McDonalds. There are two things that need to be improved: 1st - the shower water pressure is very low and the shower head condition is bad; repair is a must! 2nd - the food taste and staff service of the level 4 restaurant need to be improved. The daily breakfast taste is acceptable, but we have dined in the restaurant for dinner. The serving speed is like a turtle, and the food waiting time is almost 1 hour even though the restaurant only has 3 tables of guests.
