It would have been nice if they had a doona on the bed as it was in the middle of winter. U could let the cleaner's have a little more time to clean the main door as u walk in. clean and well-maintained door creates a positive first impression for guests upon arrival. Very friendly Managers who started at Christmas. Surprised at how quiet the room was as the Motel is accessed by a side road next to the highway. Our room was located at the rear of the site and we did not have any traffic noise. There is a beautiful park directly opposite. We will definitely stay there again.

It was cold, dark and the rain had started to fall. We were late arriving but that was no trouble. The staff were friendly and hospitable and suggested the restaurant within the complex for our dinner. Brilliant ! Some delicious options there. The room was basic but was clean had everything we needed. A mattress topper wouldn’t go astray. Tea and coffee and bikkies appreciated ! Above all fantastic service from the team.

Disappointing

Hard to work out where to park , roadworks makes it hard to find, windows filthy, water on bathroom floor still from mopping upon arrival, no pilliwcases on the spare pillows in the cupboard, no water in the ice cube tray, front door had dirt smears on it, outside patio was filthy , used cigggarette butts in pots at the front of the door , powerpoints not working seriously i used to be a cleaner / room attendant in hospitality and I would give it a one out of 10 for the pre service of the room and cleaning
