The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating

It is a real"MUST" hotel...everything top, especially the staff both at reception and above all at the restaurant.. the restaurant staff is extremely kind and professional, in particular I can mention one such restaurant assistant, whose name I found out afterwards: Kyara Trini. She was extremely kind in making us confortable at the restaurant and not minding at all our change of mind concerning what we were choosing to eat and drink and whatever else we were asking for....hence, I truly reccomend also such hotel restaurant, which is very good and at very reasonable prices.

Pros: Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and understanding. They were very helpful with regards to any extra amenities we needed, and were also available at all hours of the day. Cons: Room service wasn’t working in the entire hotel. One of the rooms kept flooding after anyone used the shower.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before so I thought I’d stay there again as I was familiar with the transport however this time we didn’t have a good experience. Staff and lovely and the hotel rooms are amazing but every day at 7am there was little children running up and down the corridor. Maybe it was just the 2nd floor but it was horrible waking up at 6.45am every day to children when you go away to relax. On our last visit we stayed on the 9th floor and we had no noise complaints at all but this visit was not as nice as we expected
