I really wanted to love this boutique style hotel. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and we appreciated the hearty breakfast included with our stay. The room itself was underwhelming and small even by European standards and even though we upgraded. No storage space meant having to live out of suitcases and missed having a door separating the toilet from sleeping space.

Juniior suute was tatty and cramped. Wallpaper ripped off: shower tiles missing: cracked sink. Breakfast chaotic with not enough space for all their guests to easikt get and enjoy breakfast. Some guest having to share tables with strangers. This was no luxury experience.

Glass shower, why??

We simpely do not understand the concept of a glass shower placed in full visibility in the room. Hotels.com ought to be more specific in the room descriptions. Apart from that the hotel is okay, the breakfast nice, everything is nearby, and the tram from and to the airport is cheap and within a short walking distance.

Great location, wonderful friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Two problems: the air conditioning didn't really work (staff person said "It's weak.") and bathroom was designed with almost no privacy. Anyone using the glass-enclosed shower is fully visible to someone coming in the door to the room because there is no door to the bathroom itself. The glass shower is screened from someone in the bed area. The toilet room does have a door but it is fully clear glass, so anyone using the toilet is exposed to anyone else walking by the bathroom. Weird!
