Check in was bad. Was told check in was going to be 3Pm. left and went back at 3PM and was told room not ready yet. All she could do is give me my Key card and come back after the event I was going to. Came back at 8PM with the key card and tried to get in the room. The key card would not open my room. So had to run back to the front desk and get it taken care of.

You get what you pay for. I tried to save a little money and booked this property. I wasn’t expecting excellence, but I did expect it to be clean. I was disappointed. To begin with the front desk person was not welcoming, another guest had to alert her that we needed to check in which should have been obvious since we were standing there waiting our turn with luggage in hand. But the worst part was the bedding. The thin comforter was dirty/stained, but the sheets were actually soiled. Several items in the room were in a state of disrepair. The staff did bring some “cleaner” bedding, still some stains on the comforter, but the sheets looked better and at least smelled like bleach.
