Here for a ski trip, chose the hotel based on the hot tub, but leaving having experienced so much more. Amazing stay! Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast included an omelette bar with Chef Del manning the station. Historically, I have traveled a lot and this is the best free continental hotel breakfast I have encountered!

Iā€™m on a 6 week cross country trip with my 16 year old Great Pyrenees. Of course I have to stay at specific hotels that are pet friendly. The other brands other than Great Western were OK. The other Best Westerns were better. Best Western Pinedale was fabulous. From warm cookies as you entered the lobby to incredibly clean rooms. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was definitely the best.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. All wood trim and wall coverings in good condition and recently painted. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Overall nice facility' Exterior side entrance doors badly need replacing with higher quality commercial grade doors and locks. Some side entrances did not lock and some did not unlock safely

Great room, although there was confusion checking in as we had booked a pet friendly room and they said they did not have any. Also saying this was an ongoing issue with third party bookings. We were however given a room The individually cooked omelets for breakfast were delicious.
