The room needs an upgrade bathroom ceiling all cracked, out date furniture and the front desk staff Friday, November 28 and Saturday November 29 morning she is not a friendly person at all. Never smile, or speak I was letting her know the card didn’t work. It’s not the first time but sorry Sam I be visiting other hotel when I come back to Greenwood. The breakfast staff always friendly….

One of the staff at the desk was not very polite. The outlets in the room were very weak. They could not hold the plug in chargers, they need to be replaced. Complimentary breakfast was ok, needed to be re-heated.There was someone smoking in a room dow the hall and the smoke traveleddown to otour room

We had a very pleasant stay at the SureStay in Greenwood. The room was spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great experience.
