The town had just 2 restaurants, no grocery store, just a Dollor General. The hotel Golden Eagle had no ice machine or continental breakfast, the owner/manager was hardly in the office. My room was very cold, especially the bathroom.

Dorris is close to the Klamath Falls NWR. The motel is an excellent value, easy access and checkin. The room was clean and bed comfortable with easy heat and hot water.
