Location is excellent in direct neighbourhood of pier 39. Stuff is super kind and helpfull. Hotel has very nice patio whereyou can sit by the fire in the evening. Irooms seem to be a little bit old and worn but Zephyr is probably the best hotel in this area . It has very good vibes. Our stay was very pleasant.

We had such a great stay! The room was beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable. The game room was definitely a hit, and the complimentary s’mores were such a cute touch! 🍫🔥 The only thing I found a little odd was how strict they were about the 10 PM shut-off time for the s’mores area, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is honestly the BEST part. You can literally walk to everything, which made exploring so convenient. We also felt very safe in the area, and our car was safe the entire time, which was a huge plus. Overall, a beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location. We’d definitely stay here again! ❤️
