The Inn was lovely. The room was large and comfortable, with a jetted tub. We didnt use the pool, but it looked inviting. The breakfast was excellent. The Inn is close the PEI National Park and the Anne of Green Gables Heritage site. Highly recommend.

My adult daughter and I just spent a lovely August weekend here in the Inn’s King Suite. The suite itself was very comfortable. The Inn staff were really friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to many Ann of Green Gables sites and very close to the beach. It is also close to the road to other seaside towns. We had a wonderful time.

Its an older Inn but very clean and friendly staff. Our niece enjoyed the pool with her 2 kids. We did not like the price per night. Cavendish area is very nice but pricey. Thanks

Tiny suite accessible using rickety stairs. Floor sloped in our room. Staff was nice. Nice deck to sit on in the evening. Traffic noise. No restaurants besides Tim’s in the immediate area.

We very much enjoyed our stay at shining waters country inn. Its close to all of the cavendish attractions. But i suggest you come between june and august as most of the stuff beaides the anne of green gables house is closed. The jacuzzi tub was great though and it a charming little inn.

The location was great, very near Anne of Green Gables Park, where we enjoyed the trails. Make sure you walk up to the cemetery, and to the Post Office that has a beautiful display! The location was great, not far to the beach, the dunes and Lake of shining waters. There is a small village nearby with dining options. Try the Turkey place! The staff was really nice and helpful here. Our room with twin beds was adequate and the beds were comfortable.
