Staff was excellent, but the building in general was on the remodeling, but only the front desk, shower door wouldn’t close all the way towels were dirty and old water out the shower barely came out and would go from cold to hot, but if you’re on a budget and you only go to sleep and wake up, don’t matter to you then it worked, but if you’re not on the budget, it’s worth to look around and pay extra few books, but on the upside down downstairs from it, it had a lot of shops, 7-Eleven restaurants bars, which was cool. I put the maintenance in the building itself sucks breakfast was excellent. Can’t lie about that. All staff members were great treated you well would respect greeted you just a building in general in the rooms.

My stay was great! The personnel were so nice and welcoming that I felt safe staying there by myself. The only thing I wish they had available in my room was a microwave and fridge. My room didn’t have that. Other than that- great place to stay and not expensive. Would recommend to solo travelers.

One of the better hotels in Guadalajara Mexico.

We stayed the Wyndham Garden hotel in Guadalajara because it was very close to our doctors office. The hotel was great and the staff friendly. Something you need to know is you must be a Spanish speaker because not many employees or others speak English. The restaurants around the hotel were great food choices were very good and some of the better food at these restaurants. The hotel was quiet and has there own shuttle drivers to the airport or around town, a good price.

Great service and friendly staff. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Has their one taxi service and that’s very convenient. We had scheduled their taxi to the airport for an early departure, once we came down the driver was waiting for us in the lobby. We left at 4:30 am.

Nice area. Near a nightclub that was noisy and our room heard the overnight road contraction. Five couples all came in the same van, and the luggage person insisted he take her bags, but then never brought them up and then had no way of distributing them and we kept having to ask repeatedly to just let us take our own bags because he had no idea where they would go. Obviously looking for a tip, but we became nervous because our bags didn’t come up from the ground level for quite a long time. Great location, staff was accommodating and let us hang out in the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast staff was fabulous and overall a good stay other than the noise and luggage confusion.

I wanted to love this location. Our family had a wedding and between us all we booked 7 or 8 rooms. We arrived and the receptionist was so rude. To everyone before and after me. One or two people in our party waited until 5:00 or after for their rooms. Our rooms and hallway smelled like sewage. They needed to come to our rooms to put stuff down the drain daily to get the smell to dissipate. But in reality it just smelled like sewage with air freshener. The location is really great. The gentleman at the entrance were amazing but I’m not sure if they were part of the hotel or just the valet. We liked the two little restaurants on either side were great. We will never stay again. The smell was horrible. Thankfully we were only there to sleep. But seeing the other reviews they had the smell too.
