The hotel is in the middle of Whistler Village, great spot to be close to everything. Overall a great stay. The Murphy bed needed some repair work, kitchen supplies were minimal but all we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location.

Great location. Hotel seems spread out over a couple of buildings so hard to navigate at first. Front desk staff are lovely. Apartment had washing machine and dryer which is fabulous as well as very good kitchen.The aircon was obviously an addition which was a bit unfinished looking.

Great Location. Dated and Poorly Kept Rooms.

Easy and straightforward check-in. Paid underground parking below. Great location and friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was dated, poorly kept and smelled like urine. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed and there was garbage under the furniture. It is very loud; you can hear the guests conversation in the rooms on either side (and everything else they are doing in their room) and everyone in the hallway.

The property is pretty close to the Whisler Gondola and it is nice and clean. The only problem is that there is a pizza place just outside open unitl 2:30 am on Saturday night and it was loud. The property is located in the center along the stroll. You're very close to the bus station, restaurants, shops and a 5-10 min walk to the lifts so its convenient. The facility itself though is dated and in need of a refresh although clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I've stayed at many properties in Whistler and if you're ok with older facilities and prefer location over luxury then this might be ok for you.
