The driveway was very poorly made. The room wasn’t clean. I even had blood on my sheets. We also weren’t able to use the pool.

No pool room with booming music

The pool in the picture belongs to the establishment next door, and we were not allowed to use it. The receptionist doesn't have a phone to call a taxi so we had to go down the hotel road to the main street to hail a taxi to go to the centro which is a 15 minute ride. The venue next door had booming music that made our room vibrate. The music was still going at 5 a.m when we left draging our suitcases to try to flag down a taxi.
