It is a well run, modern and very clean hotel, with ample rooms and an excellent location. The steam room off the hotel Gym was small but satisfactory. The only Weaknesses: the dry sauna was out of order, and the swimming pool is too cold in winter. But I will stay there again.

An Oasis in a vibrant city

A wonderful hotel in the middle of the hectic city of Santa Cruz. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are somewhere else. Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to everything. This hotel will be my go to hotel for my future trips to Santa Cruz.

Probably the best location to stay in Santa Cruz, very nice hotel with friendly staff. A nice pool and very good gym/spa. The rooms are convenient and not you do not hear hardly any noise (except sometimes a peacock in the night). A good breakfast is included with many options. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was my 4th stay within one year and this time everything was perfect from the beginning. The property is amazing and the staff did a great job. We were just a bit disappointed by the food at the Jardin de Asia. We went for the Mother's Day Brunch and the selection was a bit under the standard that I experienced before. But overall our stay was great.

Il y avait un groupe de gens ivres a frappé à notre porte de 2h à 6h du matin , plusieurs heures se sont écoulées, mais l'hôtel n'est intervenu que lorsque nous avons appelé la réception. Ensuite, le personnel de l'hôtel qui nous a dit que c'étaient des étions des diplômés du secondaire locaux célébrant leur diplôme et que ils avions trop bu. En plus, des employés dans le salons de mangé manques un peut de formation professionnelle, ils reconnaît et utilisent par défaut le cafe espresso sous forme flat white. Et il nous a fallut d'atteindre pour prendre un café filtré ,même il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients. Petit déjeuner, un mot : DÉÇU !

La verdad que para ser un hotel 5 estrellas , deja bastante que desear. El lugar para desayunar es abierto , con el calor que hacía de 40.grados , es increíble que no lo hayan cerrado y poner aire.Los dos huéspedes de 75 años, los colocaron en un lugar sin ascensor, por lo que tuvieron que subir escaleras.
