Você paga 139 reais numa estadia e espera o mínimo de condições. Fui pra passar uma noite, por de uma formatura. Na hora de me arrumar pra ir pra festa, faltou água no hotel por conta do atraso do caminhão pipa. A água não era de boa qualidade, além do mais, cheguei da festa de madrugada e não vendem nem água no hotel. Complicado, você não tem o mínimo de apoio, e nas redondezas não tem um comercial nem nada pra suprir essa falta de apoio.

Limpeza muito ruim, mas com ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Trocamos de quarto três vezes por motivo de limpeza/insetos, e mesmo assim o último estava com o chuveiro sem esquentar.

Próximo às principais universidades, excelente para hóspedes à trabalho e sem frescuras. O chuveiro é excelente, quarto espaçoso, hotel novo e limpo. Preço justo.

Hotel com roupas de cama e toalhas velhas, algumas manchadas e rasgadas. Quarto sem telefone para contato com a recepção. Foi pedido ao recepcionista, por duas vezes, para sanar os problemas acima, e não foi feito. Passamos três dias (sexta à domingo) no hotel e não foi feito limpeza e substituição das toalhas. Muito precário o atendimento do hotel. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Café fraco e ainda falta as coisas, como tapioca. Elevador e internet precisam de manutenção. Infelizmente o hotel parece não ter tido a atenção devida. Para viagem de trabalho é funcional, para a família, inviável.

Passei um dia no Confort e não gostei. Alguns funcionários mal educados, café da manhã atrasou muito e nem era bom, água das pias estranha (muito salgada).... não recomendo a estadia.

Precisei trocar de hotel, liguei para vocês "hotéis.com" e não tevê nenhuma ajuda, quando fui atendido a ligação caiu, vocês do hotéis.com tem um serviço péssimo, para que servi o telefone que vocês nos manda ligar se não somos atendido. O Hotel não deveria está constando em uma lista, toalhas sujas, encardidas ao ponto de tomar um banho frio pois água quente não tinha, quando fui usar a toalha, suja e mal cheirosa, tive que novamente Tomar outro banho..... Um único dia.... Horas de tortura.

No geral a eatadia foi satisfatória. Ótimas acomodações, ambiente limpo e tranquilo. Só não gistei do chek-in só ser feito a partir das 15hs. E quando o hospede chega as 9h, como foi o meu caso?!

Ao chegar no hotel fomos direcionados para um quarto que já estava ocupado. Retornei à recepção e fomos realocados. O quarto não tinha toalhas. Pedi na recepção, ficaram de entregar mas só tive acesso às mesmas quando desci novamente na recepção. No elevador tinha um aviso sobre problemas com a água quente, que praticamente não estava funcionando. Ainda por cima achamos um pequeno e estranho inseto em um dos travesseiros.
