We had two good weeks here. The only weird things were how our towels kept disappearing. Sometimes when the cleaners took the old ones, they didn’t bring new ones, so that was weird. Also we had used two spoons and put them on the table to be picked up by cleaners, and they continuously just left it. They made the bed etc. but the used spoons and cup never got picked up even though we purposely put it on the table by itself since it looked like they had forgotten it. So that was also weird. Other than that it was great, no issues at all and the room was spacious.

A little difficult to find but a great place to stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the room other than to maybe provide a shower curtain. All in all a wonderful stay and would definitely return to stay here if visiting Seoul again.

This was my second visit and I will be booking again for a third. The hotel is spotless, modern, ideally positioned for shopping, sightseeing and transportation and the staff are friendly and welcoming. A pleasure to stay there as always.

The staff was super nice and helpful. They helped us to communicate with the people we reserved a tour with when we wanted to ask some questions. The area is close to a market and shopping areas and close to the subway. We had a great experience with this hotel. Would recommend.
