For the price, the room was big and the kitchenette was nice to have. The building hallways were a little worn down, but no complaints about the quality of the room. It was about a 30 minute walk to Parliament, so reasonably convenient to walk to downtown. A good place to stay while visiting Ottawa.

Overall, the property was good. Communication between the staff at the counter can improve. Especially regarding the parking tenure arrangement. There is always a pleasant way to reaffirm the arrangements made previously, just because those who work on the next shift are not aware of it. The location is convenient walking distance of Parliament Hill.

For the price, this hotel was a great deal. Lots of space (most of which I did not use) and the bathroom was just fine. The main issue is the lack of air circulation in the bedroom. Could use a ceiling fan. But overall pleasant. I also have to thank the staff at the property for helping me get a proper receipt so I can get reimbursed.

Check in & parking was easy and they gave us extra pillows as requested. The rooms should have more than two pillows to begin with though. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the bed very comfortable and the wifi wasn’t working well, so we couldn’t use our streaming device and had to rely on our own data. Close to the museum of history and downtown Ottawa.
