we were staying in the upper floor rooms. Although these appeared new there were some areas that could have had more attention- leaking air con and poor finishing. The soundproofing was poor and we could hear the couple next door- as if they were in the room. However the bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful

This hotel and its staff is what you dream of when traveling. After a long travel day, it was like walking into a warm hug. The hotel is in a great location with a view that you never want to leave. The food is delicious. A great wine selection. And it is a 10 minute walk to the center of bellagio.

The hotel gave us an attic room with a very low slope. Bumped my head thrice on it. 1/3 of the room was unusable. Air conditioner does not work in these hotel rooms. The bathroom had 2 huge spider webs with the spiders. The next night we switched the room. Air conditioning is still poor.

It was a great place to stay in Bellagio! Close enough walk into the town center!! 12 minutes to get to the town center. The front desk was extremely helpful with advice ! We would stay again !!
