we were staying in the upper floor rooms. Although these appeared new there were some areas that could have had more attention- leaking air con and poor finishing. The soundproofing was poor and we could hear the couple next door- as if they were in the room. However the bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful

The location was amazing in terms of views and the town was only a 10 min walk. There is no staff in the hotel past 9pm and there was a fire alarm which i then had to call the number on the card to get someone to turn it off. The fire brigade then turned up (a while later) and banged on the door to check the rooms so not a great nights sleep. Breakfast was very limited and the coffee machine was broken

This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. We stayed in one of the loft rooms with a large window with a lovely view. My only complaint, which I thought would be the case from the pictures, was the ceiling angled down and you had to be careful not to hit your head. However it was very cozy and was a nice option for those on a budget. The walk to Bellagio was about 12-15 minutes and the hotel was off the beaten path but the walk was beautiful and not bad at all. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a lovely place to stay in Bellagio on a budget.

This hotel and its staff is what you dream of when traveling. After a long travel day, it was like walking into a warm hug. The hotel is in a great location with a view that you never want to leave. The food is delicious. A great wine selection. And it is a 10 minute walk to the center of bellagio.

Perfect stay in beautiful Bellagio.

We enjoyed our studio room which had a lovely view of the lake and was quite spacious. Very clean, friendly and helpful concierge who gave us excellent recommendations to the best restaurant up on top of the hill with the best view and incredible food. We will definitely be back.

Hotel is nice but we had no AC for last day, so if you traveling in summer be mind full about there AC situation which wasn’t not good. 20 minutes walk from canter of Bellagio. If you have issue walking the hotel is on top. Staff was nice and helpful.
