Horrible place to stay.

The hotel lobby was clean, however, we tried three different rooms and each room was super messy. One of the rooms had bedbugs, one of the beds in another room had giant stains, and the third room wasn’t cleaned at all. On top of that, I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel because they didn’t have any rooms left. I tried getting a refund and was refused. Would not recommend staying here.

Rooms where dated. Furnature was damaged torn couch cushions. Pool was ok but hot tub was filthy. AC heat unit in room was loud . Did not even get offered the internet password. Also could not understand the gentleman behind the counter. Did not speak English well and he cared about watching videos on his phone . Not the greatest customer service. Did not eat the breakfast not many options. Went to McDonald's instead

Clean, no-frill establishment

The place is clean and quiet. My toilet was draining very slowly, and I was afraid it would overflow, so I asked to have it fixed. They tried to hand me a plunger and said that it was routine to have guests plunge the toilets. This surprised me, and I declined to do it, so a staff member did come to do it. I've stayed there several times with no other problems.

Room was roughly 40° when we arrived. Heater blew hot air out 1 side and cold air out the other. However, by morning we finally had the room warmed up to around 72. So the first night was extremely cold. Breakfast was fine, but not much for choices. Bell carts were extremely lacking in maintenance, wasnt sure if it was going to break bringing up 1 suite case and roughly 4 grocery bags. Overall, i might stay here again, if something better isnt available. We normally stay a IHG properties, however we're dog sitting for our daughter and needed something pet friendly this time.
