I don’t think there are enough words to describe the high level of customer service I received! Just when I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past, the staff here proved otherwise. Everyone, and I literally mean every staff member I ran into during my stay, which was 7, was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay so incredible!!

The elevator stunk. Rank. A mix of BO & funk. In desperate need of a mop, a deep clean and an air freshener installed. Wow it was potent. The water is brown. Or, yellow-ish brown. There are multiple signs posted stating it's normal & safe. Be that as it may, the water has a distinct color. I would've wanted to know in advance. I feel yellow-ish brown water, no matter how safe, or that inspection records are available would've swayed my decision on staying that.

Everything about the room was very good. Except since there seemed to be a sporting event happening (most other hotels booked), the hotel was full and with this brought noisy children in the hall and noisy adults up all night next door.
