Best Hotel Staff Anywhere

The best hotel staff we have ever experienced! Every single person was friendly, cheerful and helpful - exactly what you want when trying to relax on vacation. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, as well as the Coastal (veggie) pizza that we ordered from the bar. The only negative was that the elevators are soooo slow, but that was easy to overlook with everything else being great.

The staff was exceptional! From the front desk, to maintenence, to the servers and staff working the breakfast buffet... they were friendly, smiling, engaging, and kind. My sister and I noticed how wonderful they all were! I'd return in a heartbeat. Beautiful property on the beach. Our pizza and breakfast buffet food was all delicious.

Booked room and paid for oceanfront and got side view/street view. The reservation and when confirmation they don’t tell you that you pay for parking. Nice hotel. It was super clean. And it was safe.
