Air conditioner was not.working right and they werent able.to.fix it. Other than that, everything was great.

Definitely not child safe, elevators are small and always packed, wait forever to get up or down, stairs are extremely slippery. Bedroom floor was so dirty my kids feet were black and i mean filthy black. The mirror attached to the bathroom sink has an aluminum inlay around the wood frame, walked by it and bumped it with my arm and it cut me instantly. Food was decent, the wait though was ridiculous as lobby was packed. Located straight accross the old Zoo, now turned public park with a lot of people around. They only provided us 1 key card for room, when we requested another, they wouldn't give one right away cause if we loose it it would be 200 Pesos, which to us was a mute point we kist wanted another key card. Anyways long story short, never again, have stayed all over mexico and so fsr this one has been the dirtiest with rude staff.

Ubicación excelente, céntrica y justo frente a la alameda. Las vistas son muy buenas. La habitación estaba linda, cómoda, limpia y sus servicios funcionaban bien. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. La atención del personal de recepción en la mañana deja un poco que desear, podrían ser má amables y tener mejor comunicación y atención con el cliente. Caso contrario, personal de limpieza y apoyo para subir el equipaje muy atentos y amigables.
