Enjoyable Stay in Muscat Oman

An excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given our room at 7am, even though check in was 2pm. The pool is divine, beds super comfortable and huge beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommend as a relaxing stopover. Thank you to all their staff.

Quite confusing with the cleaning process where we had to inform reception if we wanted our rooms clean. Not with a leaflet outside or daily cleaning. Anas the receptionist was really good in trying to help us. In general there was a lack of interest to help.

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool area. Room was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also good. Location was conveniently close to the airport and near enough main attractions. Lighting in the room was too dim and staff could have been more attentive. Parking was limited

We booked this stay very last minute but were so impressed and pleased with the outcome! The staff were helpful and friendly. Our favorite part of the stay was our spa treatment. This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is lovely, but the hospitality is what makes it exceptional. Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home. I’ve travelled the world and can honestly say they’re the best in the business! Thank you so much to everyone for making my trip to Oman so memorable from the start!

The property is beautiful, clean with great facilities, rooms are large and comfortable, swimming pool area clean, beautiful pool, Habib was there to assist us if we need anything. The hotel is great but the staff is the best part of it, at the reception Sana and Fatima very helpful at the breakfast Atiqa, Mojeed and Norcho made it very pleasant and welcoming.Room service Rana cleaned our room so thoroughly. Would definitely stay at the Radisson collection. Spent 6 days there and Im actually missing it and the staff.

Good stay overall. Staff very friendly. Especially Paolo in the breakfast buffet and very attentive. Good services and convenient access to Muscat and wider areas. Some service was a little slow such as receiving batteries for the remote and a new pillow. But otherwise okay.

Weekend short stay

The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful.

The location relative to the airport is good and the hotel is functional. rooms are spacious. Spa is good and breakfast room good. I didn't use but I suspect meeting rooms are good. The swimming pool is mainly in the shade and so relax time outdoor in sunshine is limited. Overall, a functional hotel near airport and good for meetings rather than a tourist type hotel.

AMAZING!

I stayed here for 2 nights after a 2 week trip and needed something comfortable and close to the airport. This place was perfect! The cookies and baklava bites were a nice treat upon check in. We loved the property and the room! Lots of room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bathtub but we didn't have time to try it out. We had dinner downstairs at the restaurant, Straits, and ate outside which was nice. We also ate the next morning at the buffet which was fun with lots of options. We grabbed a snack at the Sports Bar which is right off of the hotel but not affiliated with was good. Finally, we ordered room service before our flights which was perfect because it was 24 hours. Overall, I wish we could have stayed longer.
