3 nights stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good A/C. There is an adjoining door to the neighbor so when they were talking loud i could hear it through my room. Other than that, it is very quiet. Not accessible to Ipoh Old town by foot. Easy to get a Grab car. Overall pleasant stay.

Our holiday in Ipoh

We stayed as a family for 5 nights occupying 3 rooms and the quality of the room in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness was very good. All staff from those who cleaned the rooms, to the reception, the doorman and staff at the restaurant went out of the way to assist (helping to resolve a parking problem, storing our luggage, finding a suitable table for our party of 5, delaying the cleaning of our rooms at our request). Check in and check out took a matter of a few minutes. The location allowed us to move around Ipoh easily without having to use a car or cab. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice rooftop bar. Room service food was average. There’s not much around the hotel and the walk into town is a bit dicey along a main road. Best to take a Grab, but due to Thaipussam festival and road closures, this wasn’t possible.

Overall, the location is excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the room. The pillow could be more comfortable, and there was some visible dirt in the jacuzzi. Additionally, the breakfast service could be more efficient, as guests have to wait in a 10-15 minute queue before being seated due to the crowd. It may be helpful to consider offering a separate dining area for 12th-floor guests during peak weekends or seasons. Despite these minor issues, it was still a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it.

Good location next to a mall and close to some restaurants and also shops that sell local products. Hotel is also just a short walk to the famous night dessert street. Room is spacious and modern fitted. Hotel stay also comes with a good breakfast buffet!
