Entire hotel was very dusty. Seems like they only clean the highly trafficked areas. Bathroom was dirty, furniture had stains on it, and bed had random hairs in it and on it. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were nice and the quality of the food was good. Got double charged for the room upon leaving the hotel and they still haven’t resolved the issue after several attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We stayed one night and tried three of the restaurant/Bars. Front desk staff and valet were super nice. Cleanliness of bathroom in our room was below average, notified the desk and they said they would take care of it, did not happen. More than half of employees we came in contact with were efficient but not friendly. Sooo many awesome places to stay in Cleveland we would probably choose a different one next time.
