Ice machine was not working all weekend. Had to go buy ice each day from a gas station. Heater in room was very noisy, very difficult to get and stay asleep. Bathroom sink faucet was really hard to open and close. Room was very clean. Would probably book there again next year except for the heater noise and no ice.

Better than many in Pierre

We have stayed for nearly a week each year since 2022 while working near town. Rooms are good & clean, although some show wear. Breakfast options are above average. This year they actually did some room cleaning daily.

The hotel was very convenient to downtown Pierre. The pool and hot tub were open late which I like. The staff was very friendly. They also had car chargers but wouldn't fit mine since mine's not a Tesla. The breakfast is also really good as hotel breakfasts go.

Very accommodating place.

I was here for a few days. They were very friendly and went above and beyond. With a slight and reasonable charge they let stay in my room until 2:00 pm since I had a flight that day. This is my 2nd time staying here and would stay here again.

Pool was out of order, TV in room didn’t work, dryer out of order. Halls were dirty. Room was at least decently clean. Beds were comfy for being motel beds. If you sat on the couch it felt like you were sitting on the floor. Front entry smelt like weed all three nights. Wasn’t worth the price we had to pay to stay there.

I checked in after 10pm and Tyson was very polite and very professional, as late as I was Tyson took the time to explain different room options and amenities, he even walked me to my room to make sure everything was satisfactory.
